Also known as Panleukopenia or Feline Infectious Enteritis, it is a highly contagious viral disease that can kill kittens and immunocompromised animals when untreated.

Physical Symptoms

Diarrhea, yellow or white vomit, anorexia, hunched posture, excessive drinking, lethargy, depression.

Cause/Transmission

Contact with infected animals, body fluids, parasites, food or water bowls, or feces.

Treatment

Consult your veterinarian. Early detection is essential. If treated early enough, the survival rate is fairly good.
